To this end, she led a meeting with the authorities of the 16 mayoralties to address security challenges, detailing the mobility and security plans that will be implemented this Saturday during the reopening of the Azteca Stadium, which will also serve as a 'dress rehearsal' for the sporting event. 'We could not celebrate the World Cup without attending to the entire community around the stadium with full rights,' she assured. On Wednesday, she returned to Coyoacán to inaugurate ten new works that will benefit 80,000 people from that borough and Tlalpan. On Wednesday, along with much of her cabinet, the mayor of Coyoacán, Giovani Gutiérrez, and his counterpart from Tlalpan, Gabriela Osorio, the Head of Government highlighted the comprehensive rehabilitation of the pedestrian bridge and the Huipulco CETRAM, the construction of the Parque Alegría Tecuiche, the consolidation of a six-kilometer Safe Path, the comprehensive maintenance of the Azteca Stadium station of the Light Rail, and two public markets, as well as the structural reinforcement of two vehicular bridges. In this context, on Wednesday she inaugurated ten new permanent works near the Azteca Stadium, which will reopen to the public this Saturday and will host the opening match between Mexico and South Africa.
